Accessibility Statement
We aim to make The Bit Sprout websites and customer experiences practical to use across devices, input methods, and common assistive technologies.
Last updated: 31 August 2026
1. Our approach
Accessibility is treated as a design and quality requirement rather than a one-time badge. Our release checks include semantic structure, keyboard navigation, focus visibility, readable contrast, responsive layouts, reduced-motion considerations, form usability, and other practical accessibility basics.
2. Standards and limitations
We use recognized accessibility practices and WCAG guidance as an engineering reference where appropriate, but we do not claim that every page, third-party integration, uploaded customer asset, or future change is “100% ADA compliant” or permanently free of accessibility barriers.
3. Customer websites
Our managed website process includes accessibility-oriented checks before launch. Customers are responsible for the accessibility implications of business content and assets they supply, and ongoing changes may require additional review. We may recommend alternatives when a requested design or third-party component creates avoidable barriers.
4. Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility problem on a The Bit Sprout page or need reasonable assistance accessing information, email support@thebitsprout.com. Please identify the page or feature involved and the difficulty you experienced so we can investigate effectively.
5. Continuous improvement
We review accessibility alongside design, performance, product, and customer feedback and aim to correct meaningful barriers as they are identified.
