Terms of Service

The Bit Sprout is a brand of Tiatt Digital Solutions Private Limited. The managed-website programme is currently in controlled Stage 0 validation and is not accepting paid orders through this website.

The intended service is for authorized business or organizational use. The first controlled cohort is limited to eligible U.S. business customers acting for ordinary residential plumbing businesses in the selected DFW geography. Unsupported jurisdictions, consumer-only requests, unlawful activity, prohibited content, disputed authority, sensitive-data workflows, or unsupported regulated risk may be declined or held.

No public page count, tier description, preview, discussion, or price example creates a paid commitment by itself. An approved customer-specific Order will define the business identity, named pages, collections and initial entries, location, form, redirects, integration treatment, migration boundary, customer inputs, exclusions, price, payment milestones, recurring terms, revisions, domain work, vendor fees, cancellation and export treatment, and policy versions. Plan maximums are ceilings rather than automatic deliverables.

A validation-stage preview may be provided only to a qualified business. It is a private, unofficial, expiring evaluation concept—not the business's live website, not an unlimited free revision process, and not authority to impersonate the business or collect public leads. The Bit Sprout may decline, expire, revoke, watermark, or remove a preview.

• Provide truthful, current business facts and authorized contacts.
• Have authority over the business, domain, content, accounts, assets, integrations, and data requested for the service.
• Maintain rights and licences for logos, trademarks, photographs, reviews, copy, fonts, and other supplied material.
• Confirm licences, insurance, hours, emergency availability, service areas, prices, guarantees, financing, credentials, and other material claims.
• Protect account access and report suspected compromise promptly.
• Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal, financial, health, identity, payment-card, or authentication data.

If a paid Local validation Order later becomes available, activation may begin only after qualification, delivery-fit approval, capacity reservation, exact Order acceptance, and provider-confirmed payment. The intended first-cohort activation cooling-off rule is stated in the Billing Policy and Order. Delivery begins only after the required business facts, authority, assets, and rights are ready. Missing or conflicting material inputs pause work; customer silence never authorizes completion, launch, or billing. Working inactivity reminders, pause, capacity-release, and resumption periods will be stated in the Order.

The intended Local validation scope includes one material design-direction reset before full-site multiplication and two consolidated pre-launch revision rounds, only where stated in the accepted Order. A submitted revision round is one organized set of requests, not a continuous stream of piecemeal changes.

Platform defects and departures from the accepted Order do not consume a discretionary revision allowance. Completion requires the ordered scope, Business Truth, forms, links, redirects, responsive presentation, metadata, accessibility basics, performance-minded checks, removal of placeholders, and absence of unresolved material defects under the published Definition of Complete. A new preference, page, function, integration, or materially different approved direction may be new scope.

Completion acceptance, payment of the completion balance, recurring authorization, and production launch are separate actions. A production launch requires verified authority, a DNS and email preflight, an immutable approved SiteVersion, a rollback target, and explicit launch authorization. Payment or silence alone does not authorize a domain change or production publication.

The customer is intended to own and pay the domain registrar and mailbox provider directly. The Bit Sprout will not store registrar passwords, two-factor seeds, or recovery codes. An included simple connection is limited to an eligible minimum-change web-record plan. Existing MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, CAA, DNSSEC, verification, and unrelated records must be identified and preserved. Complex migration, recovery, mailbox setup, or administration is not hidden inside the validation website price.

The intended service uses a shared managed platform with customer-isolated data and immutable published versions. Traffic, storage, forms, notifications, users, versions, and automated generation are subject to documented fair-use and abuse controls. Dynamic abuse may be contained without automatically removing an existing public static site. Compatible security patches may be applied through a tested release and rollback process without silently redesigning the customer site.

For a customer website, the customer generally determines the business purpose for its leads and The Bit Sprout processes lead data to operate the contracted platform. Durable encrypted lead storage must precede notification; email is not the lead system of record. Each customer site requires its own form purposes, fields, retention, privacy contact, processor configuration, and notice. Lead content is not sent to an AI provider by default.

The Bit Sprout may use bounded automation and AI-assisted tools for public-site analysis, structure, drafts, component selection, quality checks, and operational preparation. Public website text is treated as untrusted evidence, never as system instructions. Generated or uncertain business facts require evidence or customer confirmation before production use. The service does not guarantee rankings, traffic, calls, leads, revenue, regulatory compliance, or third-party approvals.

The customer retains its domain, trademarks, customer-provided business content, transferable owned media, customer data, and lead data. The Bit Sprout retains its platform, source code, renderer, component library, shared infrastructure, APIs, prompts, workflows, scoring and quality systems, documentation, and generalized improvements. Only assets with known rights may be published or exported, and non-transferable assets may need replacement at exit.

The intended USD 10 monthly Local Website Core service is a bounded platform service covering public delivery, SSL/CDN, the standard form and durable lead storage, notification retry, monitoring, versioning and rollback, supported self-service fields, platform updates, defect correction, email support, and the standard exit. It is not an unlimited agency retainer and does not include monthly human editing, redesign, copywriting, new pages, custom integrations, mailbox support, or unrelated IT recovery unless a later separately accepted scope says otherwise.

Any approved recurring service will provide a straightforward cancellation route that does not require a retention call. Cancellation stops the next scheduled charge according to the accepted billing calendar. The intended standard exit includes customer data, lead export, transferable customer assets, approved public content and metadata, redirects, and a verified static website export. It excludes The Bit Sprout source code, shared backend, provider secrets, internal prompts and workflows, and non-transferable assets. Platform form processing ends after the defined transition period and replacement instructions.

The service may not be used for phishing, malware, spam, impersonation, unlawful or infringing content, prohibited goods or services, credential theft, hidden redirects, unsupported high-risk processing, or attempts to access another customer. The Bit Sprout may contain or suspend one tenant where reasonably necessary for security, provider rules, legal obligations, material nonpayment, or serious misuse, with notice where practicable and an appropriate evidence and appeal process.

No paid service or service-level agreement is currently offered. The intended validation support route is email. Ordinary enquiries receive an initial response within one business day, meaning Monday to Friday excluding published company holidays. Critical website, form, or security incidents are prioritized as soon as reasonably practicable. There is no public timezone commitment, 24/7 human response promise, or guaranteed resolution time.

Future fees will be stated in the accepted Order. A recurring charge requires a clear amount, monthly frequency, included-period end, first-charge date, cancellation method, and tax disclosure. Prices may be subject to applicable taxes where required. Customer domain, mailbox, and customer-specific third-party vendor costs are normally separate. Browser redirects are not authoritative payment evidence; signed provider events and authenticated reconciliation control the ledger.

Each party should use reasonable care with non-public information. Production access, tenant isolation, encryption, retention, backups, recovery, monitoring, incident response, and vendor controls remain subject to the Stage 0 release gates. Customers must promptly report suspected unauthorized access or a material error in business content.

Final paid-contract warranty, liability, indemnity, governing-law, dispute, force-majeure, and insurance language will be frozen before any paid Order becomes effective. No draft or working notice should be treated as professional advice or a waiver of rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Approved legal, privacy, billing, support, security, and abuse contacts and effective policy versions will be published and tested before commerce opens. Material paid-service changes will use the notice or reacceptance path in the Policy Registry and applicable law.
